The Story

Handmade silk rebozo by Mexican artisan Arturo Estrada Hernandez. Rebozos are special shawl-like garments that have been traditionally woven by hand, generation after generation. Made from 100% silk yarns, each rebozo takes an average of three months to make in the town of Santa Maria del Rio in San Luis Potosí. Each one is unique, imperfection throughout is part of the beauty of this art.
